In a world that often feels overwhelming, you've found a gentle place to rest. Here, we honor your journey, your pain, and your innate ability to heal. Through the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono and the power of forgiveness, discover how to gently release what no longer serves you.
Life has brought you here for a reason. Perhaps you're carrying weight that feels too heavy, pain that seems endless, or memories that won't let go. We see you. We honor your struggle. And we're here to walk beside you.
Tears are not weakness โ they are release. When you allow yourself to cry, you're letting go of pain that has been stored in your body. Each tear carries away a piece of what you've been holding. Here, tears are honored as sacred cleansing. Let them flow.
That heaviness in your chest, the tightness in your throat, the weight on your shoulders โ these are stored emotions waiting to be released. As you journey through healing, you may feel waves of emotion surfacing. This is exactly what should happen. Let it move through you.
Imagine waking up without the weight of yesterday's pain. Imagine looking in the mirror and feeling genuine love for yourself. Imagine relationships that flow with ease. This peace is not a distant dream โ it's waiting for you on the other side of this journey.

Click to understand โThis comprehensive method combines teachings from Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, Dr. Joe Vitale, Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, and other global masters. Follow this thoroughly โ it's designed to actually work, not just inspire.
Before the practice can work, you must understand HOW it works. You are not just one consciousness โ you have three aspects that must work together for healing.
This is where ALL your memories are stored โ from this life, from ancestors, from everything. Your Unihipili is like a young child who has been recording everything and replaying it. It controls your emotions, body, and 95% of your actions.
This is the "you" reading this right now. Your rational mind, your decision-maker. The Uhane has the ability to CHOOSE โ to choose to clean, to initiate healing, to take 100% responsibility. Without your conscious choice, cleaning cannot begin.
This is your connection to the Divine, to infinite wisdom, to what some call God, Source, or Universe. The Aumakua receives your cleaning request and transmutes the memories into pure light. This is where the actual healing happens.
Everything you experience โ every person who angers you, every problem you face, every pain you feel โ exists because of memories within YOU, not because of anything "out there."
This is not blame. This is power. If everything is inside you, then YOU can clean it. You don't need anyone else to change. You don't need to wait for circumstances to shift. You clean the memories inside you, and reality shifts to match.
These aren't magic words. They are petitions to the Divine, spoken through your conscious mind, to your inner child, requesting that memories be transmuted. Understanding WHY each phrase works makes them exponentially more powerful.
You are acknowledging responsibility. Not guilt, not shame โ responsibility. "I'm sorry that I have this memory within me that is creating this situation. I'm sorry, dear inner child, that you have been carrying this pain."
You are asking the Divine to forgive the memories that have created suffering. You're asking your inner child to forgive you for ignoring its pain for so long. This opens the channel for transformation.
Gratitude that the cleaning is already happening. Gratitude for the awareness of this memory. Gratitude to your inner child for finally being heard. Gratitude is the frequency at which miracles operate.
Love is the ultimate cleaning agent. Love directed at the memory, the inner child, yourself, the situation. Love is what transmutes darkness into light. This is the most powerful phrase.
Zero is the state where no memories are playing โ no old programs, no limiting beliefs, no pain from the past. In Zero, you are fully present, fully clear, and fully open to Divine inspiration.
You don't need to STAY at Zero. Memories will keep arising โ that's okay. You clean, return to Zero, memories arise, you clean again. This is the practice. Over time, more and more memories are cleaned permanently, and Zero becomes your natural state.
The four phrases are the foundation, but the masters taught additional tools for deeper cleaning. Use these throughout your day.
Fill a blue glass bottle with water. Place it in sunlight for 1-4 hours. Drink this water throughout the day. It continuously cleans memories as you drink.
Simply think or say "Ice Blue" whenever you notice a problem arising. This is one of Dr. Hew Len's fastest cleaning tools.
Visualize a light switch. See yourself flipping it from dark to light. This symbol tells your inner child to release the memory.
Imagine a dewdrop on a leaf at sunrise. As the sun touches it, it evaporates. See your problems/memories evaporating the same way.
Breathe in "I'm sorry, please forgive me" โ breathe out "Thank you, I love you." Let your breath carry the cleaning.
Take 7 breaths: Inhale to 7 counts, hold 7 counts, exhale to 7 counts with "HA" sound. This Hawaiian breathing technique clears and energizes.
Crying, laughter, anger surfacing briefly โ all normal. These are memories leaving your system. Don't judge. Don't stop. Let the river flow.
Yawning, tingling, heat, coldness, twitching โ your body is releasing stored trauma. These sensations are positive signs.
Sometimes you feel nothing. This doesn't mean it's not working. The cleaning happens in the subconscious. Trust the process.
Problems that felt huge may suddenly feel manageable or disappear entirely. This is the Zero state. Welcome home.
People in your life may suddenly change behavior toward you. Situations may resolve "magically." This is reality responding to your inner shift.
Old memories you haven't thought of in years may arise. This is good โ they're coming up to be cleaned. Greet them with the phrases.
Forgiveness is your therapy. It heals YOU. When you forgive, you become stronger โ not weaker. This is a smart spiritual practice that frees you from the control of those who hurt you. Let us master this art together with awareness.
When you don't forgive, you dry up like dead wood. When you don't forgive, you remain perpetually under the control of those you haven't forgiven. Break free!
We are all children of God, connected with the Divine, One with All. Spiritual evolution implies process, time, and mistakes. We ALL make mistakes โ it's part of growing.
"It is in forgiving that you are forgiven." โ As taught by Lord Buddha and the Lord's Prayer. What you give, you receive. Forgive for your own peace and liberation.
Follow this sacred process with complete awareness
๐ธ "I recognize and respect the divinity in you"
๐ธ "Spiritual evolution implies process, time, and mistakes"
๐ธ "Everyone makes mistakes โ this is not a big deal"
๐ "I FORGIVE YOU for troubling me, hurting me, causing pain to me"
๐ธ "May you be guided in the right direction"
๐๏ธ "May peace be upon you"
โจ "I FORGIVE YOU โ GO IN PEACE"
Now, the other side โ those whom WE have troubled. Some we troubled intentionally, some unintentionally. Some remember what we did; we may not even remember. Whatever it may be, let us seek sincere forgiveness.
You make a sincere effort NOT to repeat the mistake. True forgiveness is not just words โ it's a commitment to grow and change.
Imagine all those who got troubled by you in front of you. See them smile.
เคเคคเฅเคฎเคพ เคจเคฎเคธเฅเคคเฅ โ We are all children of God. We all make mistakes, sometimes terrible ones.
"I seek sincere forgiveness for causing pain to you. I make sincere effort not to repeat this mistake."
"Please forgive me. May Divine guidance, help, and protection โ inner and physical peace โ be upon you."
Come out of remorse. Let go of unnecessary guilt. Release the past. Resolve to do the right things. What is right? Learn the lessons โ and move forward.
Your mistakes do not define you. They were lessons on your path to awakening.
Ask: "What was I supposed to learn?" Then release attachment to the pain.
Make a sincere commitment to act from love, not fear, moving forward.
"May peace be upon all. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om."
Memories, emotions, resentments stored in your subconscious
Your vibration rises. You radiate peace instead of pain.
Relationships heal. Situations shift. Miracles appear.
Your external reality is a mirror of your internal state. When you cleanse anger within, angry people fade from your life.
Unforgiveness creates dense, heavy energy that attracts more pain. Forgiveness creates light energy that attracts peace and love.
When you don't forgive someone, they live rent-free in your mind, controlling your emotions. Forgiveness evicts them permanently.
As within, so without. Change your inner frequency, and watch the outer world rearrange itself to match your new vibration.
After completing the forgiveness process, seal your practice with the ancient mantra of peace. This vibration penetrates all layers of consciousness and brings deep healing.
Close your eyes and place hands in blessing position
Visualize golden light filling your heart
Chant "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om" slowly, feeling each word
Repeat for 5-10 minutes, letting peace permeate every cell
End with: "Be still. Be aware. Observe."
Practice this Sadhana daily โ even for 10 minutes. Consistency is the key. Each time you forgive, you release layers of pain and step closer to complete freedom.
These are real experiences from people just like you who chose to walk this path. Their journeys show that healing is not only possible โ it's waiting for you.
For 15 years, I carried anger toward my father who left when I was 7. It affected every relationship I had. I couldn't trust men. I pushed away anyone who got close. When I started practicing Ho'oponopono, I didn't expect much. But after three weeks of daily practice, something broke open. I cried for hours โ deep, healing tears. I forgave him. Not for him, but for me. Now, two years later, I'm in a loving relationship and have even reconnected with my father. The freedom I feel is indescribable.
My anxiety was so severe I couldn't leave my house some days. Medication helped, but it didn't touch the root. Through this practice, I discovered my anxiety was connected to childhood memories of never feeling safe. As I cleaned these memories with the four phrases, my nervous system began to calm. I still have anxious moments, but they don't control me anymore. I've reduced my medication by half with my doctor's support. I never thought peace was possible for me. It is.
After my divorce, I was drowning in guilt. I blamed myself for everything. I couldn't forgive myself for not being enough. Every morning I woke up with a heavy heart. A friend introduced me to Ho'oponopono. At first, saying "I love you" to myself felt impossible. I could barely whisper it. But I kept going. Day after day. One morning, I looked in the mirror and genuinely meant it when I said "I love you." I fell to my knees and sobbed. That was the day everything changed. I'm not just surviving anymore โ I'm actually happy.
I was stuck in regret for 10 years. I turned down a job that could have changed my life. I chose wrong relationships. I made decisions I couldn't undo. The "what ifs" played constantly in my mind. Ho'oponopono taught me that those memories were asking to be healed, not relived. As I practiced, I began to see that every "wrong" choice led me exactly where I needed to be. The regret dissolved. I'm now grateful for my entire journey, including the parts I once wished away.
After losing my mother, I couldn't function. Grief consumed me entirely. I was angry at everything โ at God, at life, at her for leaving. Someone in a support group mentioned Ho'oponopono. I was desperate enough to try anything. The first time I practiced, I spoke directly to my mother's memory. "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." I felt her presence. I felt peace. The grief is still there, but it no longer drowns me. It has transformed into love.
My childhood was filled with criticism and emotional neglect. As an adult, I never felt good enough. I achieved everything society said I should โ career, money, success โ but inside I was empty. Through Ho'oponopono, I began healing my inner child. I would visualize little me and say those four phrases. It felt strange at first, but slowly, that wounded child began to trust again. Began to feel loved. Now, my sense of worth comes from within. No achievement or validation can touch what I've found.
It's natural to have questions. Here are answers to what many seekers ask, along with real examples to help you understand and connect.
This is completely normal and doesn't mean it's not working. Healing often happens beneath our conscious awareness. Think of it like planting seeds โ you don't see growth immediately, but transformation is happening underground.
Forgiveness is not about excusing what happened or saying it was okay. It's about freeing yourself from the chains of that pain. When you forgive, you're not doing it for them โ you're doing it for you. You're choosing to stop carrying their actions in your body.
Everyone's journey is different. Some feel shifts within days, others within weeks or months. The depth of healing often depends on how much is being cleared. Trust the process. Consistency is more important than intensity.
Tears are healing. They're the body's way of releasing stored emotion. When you cry during practice, it means blocked energy is moving, old pain is leaving, and space is being created for peace. Welcome your tears โ they're doing sacred work.
Ho'oponopono is a complementary practice, not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're working with a therapist or taking medication, continue to do so. This practice can beautifully support and enhance your healing journey alongside other forms of care.
Yes. Many people have experienced profound healing of childhood wounds through this practice. The key is directing your love and forgiveness to your inner child โ the part of you that first experienced the pain. You're not changing the past; you're healing how it lives within you now.
Deep wounds have many layers. Each time an issue resurfaces, it's a deeper layer asking for healing. Don't be discouraged โ celebrate that you're now aware enough to recognize it. Each round of cleaning takes you closer to the root.
Ho'oponopono originates from Hawaiian spiritual tradition, but in its modern form, it's universal and compatible with all faiths or no faith at all. You can practice it as a Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, atheist, or simply as someone seeking peace. The principles of love, forgiveness, and taking responsibility are universal.
There's no rigid rule. Some practice in dedicated sessions daily; others whisper the phrases throughout the day whenever they feel triggered or anxious. Find what works for you. Even a few minutes of heartfelt practice can create shifts. Consistency matters more than duration.
